Everything was so easy from start to finish! From sending an email and actually getting a prompt reply, to help coordinating everything through the portal, to the day of my appointment, the entire experience was seamless. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone was kind, welcoming, and smiling. Joanna and Annie were fantastic! What makes it even better is that they also take care of my family and know them by name. That personal touch means so much and says a lot about the care they provide. I also really appreciated them sharing information about another office location that may be a little closer to home. Such a great experience all around!
I recently had my annual skin exam with Annie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions in a clear and reassuring way. I felt completely comfortable and confident that every spot was carefully checked. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and the appointment was on time with minimal wait. Annie made what can sometimes be an anxious visit into a positive and educational one. Thank you, Annie and the Derrow Dermatology team! I’ll definitely be back for future visits. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for excellent dermatology care.
When I booked the appointment, they were able to get me in pretty quickly with an NP for a full body scan for moles. I went earlier in the day and they were pretty much on time. The appointment was quick and simple and they took the time to explain the process to me so I would be comfortable. The NP and associate were friendly and respectful. The appointment definitely felt rushed, but they did give me time to ask additional questions and get help with a couple other things I had. I think anyone working with insurance has to stack appointments pretty close together, so I don’t fault them for rushing. I still felt the appointment was thorough and, as I mentioned, they did allow me time for any questions I had and I appreciated that they didn’t make me schedule another visit for some other dermatology concerns I wanted to ask about. They even gave me prescriptions for two other issues. I was able to get in and out in maybe 30-45 minutes and get to work on time. I’ve been putting off getting a body scan for years because every time I go to schedule one, appointments are 6 months or more out. I really appreciated the availability they had at this office. Scheduling my follow up was easy too. Also, everyone I encountered from the time I walked in to when I left was so friendly! Highly recommend this place!
Dr. Amy Witt of Derrow Dermatology earned my trust years and years ago. I have always requested her, but Annie Cabraoh was available on the day I needed so I saw her today. What a delightful surprise she was! She is incredibly knowledgeable, listens attentively with no judgment, and hears a patient deeply, just like Dr. Witt. Her cryotherapy was quick and zero pain afterward with her assurance it will be fine. I haven’t been anywhere else since finding Derrow Dermatology many many years ago and will never go anywhere else. Everyone there, from check-in to check-out is so warm, welcoming and helpful.
