Elite Spa ( Fat Freeze Away & Rejuvenation Center)

This spa has a calming ambiance . I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door. Everyone there was professional and courteous! Lana even played BTS in the background during my procedure! My face feels amazing and i immediately went from drab and tried looking to looking like my face woke up. I got hifu and i highly recommend it! The best is yet to come! Glad i did this!

Scheduling at this salon is very disorganized. They rely on an old handwritten calendar, which can work if managed properly, but here it often leads to delays. The gentleman in charge of scheduling was generally pleasant, but during my first visit, he was short with me. I understand stress happens, but it shouldn’t be taken out on customers. That same day, I also witnessed him speak unprofessionally to a staff member, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. At my first appointment, I waited 40 minutes before being called back and then sat under a red light for another 30 minutes, which made it feel like my appointment had been forgotten. The one bright spot was my technician — she was excellent. She was thorough, listened to all of my concerns, and gave clear aftercare instructions. 10/10 for the first tech. My second HIFU appointment was a very different experience. I was assigned a different technician, and the red light therapy was skipped. The technician seemed rushed, didn’t ask about my concerns, and incorrectly mentioned that RF treatment was included. While I understand that different technicians may have different styles, the contrast between appointments was extreme. My first appointment for chin and neck took 20–30 minutes, while my second visit for my entire face and neck lasted only 5–10 minutes on HIFU then 20 minutes on RF. I wasn’t there for RF I was there for HIFU! At checkout, they attempted to charge me for RF treatment on top of HIFU. I don’t know what this lady was on thinking she could rush my HIFU appointment then give me something I don’t want then attempt to double charge me?! Thankfully I talked myself out of it at the salon but they later called me while I was on my way home to try to convince me to pay. Very unprofessional and stressful. Overall, the inconsistency in service, rushed treatments, and billing issues make it hard to recommend this salon. I would happily return to the first technician, but I would not see the second technician again.

I made an appointment for a Lymphatic Massage. It was a Special they were offering. What a Complete Disappointment! The Service was horrible. The upselling was Ridiculous. I was told if I didn't buy this extra service, the service I paid for would Not have good results. I Had to pay for this extra service. I told this older woman, who was servicing me, that If that was the case, it should have been Included in the price or at least mentioned in the Ad. I told her No, I was not going to pay extra for this extra service. This went on for at least 5 minutes. Then, she tried to accuse me of waking up in a bad mood. I replied, I was in a great mood until I came here. Truth! She finally stopped insisting I get this extra service and set the time for my massage for 30 minutes. I told her the Ad said 50 minutes. Before she walked out, I told her I was going to give them a bad Review, 10 minutes later, the Receptionist came in and asked if I wanted the extra 15 minutes, I replied Yes, that is what I paid for. I was so Disgusted and Aggravated by this treatment that it took at least 10 minutes to calm down and enjoy the Massage. When finished I asked for a Receipt. The receptionist had to write it down on a piece of copy paper as they had no way of giving me a receipt. The older woman comes out to the desk and asked if I wanted anything else. I told her I wanted a Receipt. She was Cold and Rude and wanted to know Why. I replied, when You buy something you get a Receipt. She tells me Yes, if you use your Charge card! What a Horrible Experience! And Oh! The Pads they use to wrap you were on the floor, Nothing was wiped down. Do yourself a favor and Do Not go to this place.

I was having some back pain and my wife told me about Elite Spa in Tampa. I Just had my first experience at there and it was Great. If you are receiving treatment by Alex and Lana you are in good hands like AllState. My back pain has decreased. I am definitely coming back again.
