I have been going to Elume Medspa practically since they opened. My first service was laser hair removal, since then I have had many treatments for skin tightening etc. Shaheen is so knowledgeable, professional and her services are very reasonably priced. This small spa is a real gem. Now they have Patricia, an RN who does fillers and several brand new methods of tightening and lefting the face. She is excellent. I highly recommend Elume Medspa and I have been to other places over the years and and have a basis for comparison. Give Shaheen your business, you will not regret it.
I had my first microneedling with PRP treatment with Patricia and she did a phenomenal job throughout the entire process explaining everything really well. Her immense medical background placed me at ease and I knew that I would receive superb service. Highly recommend. Thank you!
Disrespectful Treatment of Voucher Customer discrimination - $30 Groupon customer I booked a hair PRP service here using a voucher from Groupon. Due to a work conflict, I called to ask if there might be a later time available that same day. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant. She told me, “Do you know that for customers who come in with these vouchers, we only make $30 per person? We still have costs, nurses, and everything else.” She then said they were very packed that day and that if I wanted to reschedule, I would have to pay an additional $50. The way she spoke made it seem like I was somehow taking advantage of them just for using a voucher they chose to offer. Before I even had a chance to properly respond, she canceled my appointment within a very short time window. In the end, I received no service, and the payment was not refunded. To be honest, after being spoken to and insulted like that, who would still want to go in and receive treatment there? I’m attaching our conversation here.
Excellent treatments delivered in a relaxing environment. So far have seen amazing results. My under eyes are brighter and my texture is improving. Prp microneedling has been a game changer and somehow less irritating then microneedling alone.
