OMGG, I can't believe I forgot to give a review. All I have to say Is that Monika is the BEST. I started my sessions with her a couple of months ago, for my underarm area. After my first visit, I have not had to shave. Today was my third visit, and I happy to say, I still not had to shave. I have had laser on other parts of my body, but never experience great results as this. Im excited to start my legs next. She's, very friendly, and gentle. I recommend Empire Med Spa to everyone. Very professional and flexible. I had to reschedule multiple times, and Monika was always very accommodating and helpful. She was even willing to stay after business hours for consultations. Every appointment started on time, so I never had to wait, and the treatments were quick and efficient. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend this salon!
Monika is truly exceptional at what she does. I’ve been seeing her for over a decade, and even after trying other estheticians early on, she’s the one I’ve trusted ever since. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about her clients and their results. Beyond that, she has such a warm, easygoing personality that makes every appointment comfortable. Her pricing is also very fair for the quality of care she provides. I can’t recommend her enough.
