I have been getting facials regularly for more than 30 years and I recently tried Excelsior Medspa. I feel so impressed with the professional services provided by Jennifer and her team. The place is clean and well-equipped. Each time I walk in for facial, Jennifer would carefully study my skin condition and provide the right treatment accordingly. Her medical background as a registered nurse makes me feel confident with the products she chooses for me. She is also a licensed massage therapist, and I enjoyed very much with the face massages. Every time I walk out after facial, I feel my face so rejuvenated, hydrated, and glowing. I would keep going and highly recommend Excelsior to everyone who cares about your face.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Excelsior Bodywork and Facial Care, Inc., and I must say, it was one of the most satisfying and rejuvenating experiences from beginning to end. As a mom of two young children, it was the perfect escape for the both of us from our everyday busy life. What truly sets Excelsior apart is the expertise of its owner, Jennifer. With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, Jennifer brings a wealth of medical knowledge to the spa, ensuring that each treatment is both safe and effective. She explained to us all the different types of treatment in detail such as medical massages that help with pain and her expertise with lymphatic drainage. Knowing that the treatments are overseen by someone with such a strong medical background gave us complete confidence in the care we were receiving. One of the highlights at the beginning of our session was the full-face skin analysis system. Within a short amount of time, it was able to provide us with a full report of our skin condition. I was impressed with the details it captured from spots, wrinkles, pores, UV areas and the age of our skin compared to our actual age. I was able to get a digital copy of the report which will be helpful when taking care of my skin at home. The aesthetician was knowledgeable and took the time to analyze and go over what areas to focus on before recommending the best treatment. I chose the brightening oxygen facial with Kyra, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Kyra was incredibly gentle, skilled and attentive making sure to explain each step of the process so I know exactly what to expect. The pressure was just right, it felt like she was melting away all the stress and tension I had been carrying. The facial itself was wonderfully relaxing, and my skin felt deeply hydrated and refreshed. All the skin care products used felt very luxurious. By the end of the session, my complexion was noticeably brighter, rejuvenated and radiant with the “glow” effect. I felt a sense of tranquility that I hadn’t experienced in a long time! My husband opted for the AstrodomeFacial toning treatment, which was equally impressive. This advanced facial included an oxygen pore mask, scaling, infusion, toning, and even scalp scaling. Some facts from the AstrodomeFacial pamphlet provided, it is a cutting-edge technology, featuring dual LED panels that treat both the face and scalp simultaneously. The treatment also incorporates Oxygen and Anion mist therapy, as well as light pulsed energy, leaving his skin looking rejuvenated and feeling revitalized. He was excited for the scalp treatment which I heard is a favorite among men. At one point he even fell asleep because it was that relaxing! My husband raved about his treatment saying his skin feels deeply hydrated, incredibly soft and toned at the same time. His face looks visibly healthier and he walked out with a huge smile. EXPERT IN TRACTION AND DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE- I had an incredible session with Jennifer at this medspa. CORRECTION! TWO seesions of truly the best massages I’ve ever had! Jennifer combined deep tissue work with traction techniques that made a huge difference in releasing tension and improving my mobility. Her understanding of body mechanics and pressure was spot on, and I felt both relaxed and realigned by the end of the session. She is very knowledgeable about the human anatomy, and that makes a big difference. If you're dealing with chronic tension, tightness, or just need serious relief, I highly recommend booking with Jennifer. I was hoping to book for a facial and some other services that my friend had raved about, but my time was limited. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you, Jennifer, for the excellent service.
