Had an amazing experience at this facial med spa! The place is clean, relaxing, and very professional. Sasha was my specialist and she was incredible — knowledgeable and gentle. My skin felt refreshed and glowing right after the treatment. You can tell they really care about quality and client experience. Highly recommend, especially if you get treated by Sasha!

I have been a member at Facial Mania at there Coral Gables location since October 2025 and truly enjoy my monthly membership, which includes one facial and one massage each month. The membership is a great value, and I always look forward to my appointments. David, the massage therapist, is amazing and consistently provides a relaxing and professional experience. The facials are also wonderful, and my skin always feels refreshed afterward. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend Facial Mania Coral Gables to anyone looking for quality skincare and massage services.

Excellent location . Wonderful technician. Someone was complaining at the front desk about being billed $300 for services she did not get and problems with renewing a membership. This was disturbing and the person dhould have been taken to an office dpace to discuss financial issues and memberships. It was a putt off and list me as a potential customer.

This review is for the clients, since based on what I’ve seen there’s zero accountability on their part to acknowledge their fault in situations. I had an extremely unpleasant and disorganized experience at Facial Mania, and I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing or professional skincare service. A couple of weeks ago, I submitted a simple request for a facial and was immediately bombarded with nonstop calls and messages to my phone. It felt excessive and honestly overwhelming. Eventually, the communication stopped, and today I finally scheduled an appointment for 5:00 PM. I arrived right on time, only to be asked for my ID (extremely odd and the only medspa who has ever requested it) and handed paperwork for Botox and other treatments—which I found odd, since I had clearly booked a facial. After completing the forms, I was told to sit and wait because the esthetician (Paola) was with another client. I made it very clear to the receptionist that I needed to finish on time because I worked at 7 PM, and that the facial itself takes about an hour. What followed was incredibly frustrating. I waited… and waited. During that time, I saw the esthetician who was supposed to take me repeatedly come to the front desk, sit down, and chat casually with the receptionist. Meanwhile, I kept being told that she was “cleaning the room” for me. After 30 minutes of waiting, she finally approached me—only to say she was ready. Then came the most shocking part: she told me they thought I was there for Botox and that she didn’t even know I was her client. At that point, I was honestly on the verge of walking out. I explained again that I had to be at work by 7:00 PM, and she casually mentioned she had actually been done since 5:00 PM and had no idea I was waiting for her. Despite everything, I stayed—mainly because I had already invested so much time. Unfortunately, the facial itself only made things worse. As someone who is knowledgeable about skincare and gets facials regularly, I can confidently say the procedure was completely disorganized. The steps didn’t flow logically, and basic standards were ignored. For example, extractions were attempted without using steam—on sensitive skin—which is both unusual and extremely painful. I declined them because it was too uncomfortable with the ultrasonic skin scrubber so the she proceeded to pinch my papules with a needle and squeeze them with her fingers!!! Facials are supposed to be relaxing, but this was the opposite. The technique was rough, from product application to massage, and it felt more damaging than beneficial to my skin barrier. Somehow, despite declining extractions, I even ended up with bleeding on my forehead. It was chaotic, rushed, and uncomfortable from start to finish. Service provider definitely lacks proper training, which now doing my research, has been mentioned in previous reviews. Furthermore, the pricing is completely unjustified. That’s why they attempt to sign their monthly membership. For the same price elsewhere, I typically receive a full hydrafacial experience with dermaplaning and relaxing massages for the neck, shoulders, hands, and scalp—all included. Here, I paid more for a stressful, poorly executed service that left my skin feeling worse than before. Overall: overpriced, disorganized, and unprofessional. You won’t leave feeling relaxed—or looking your best. I strongly suggest going elsewhere.
