Gentle Zap Laser Med Spa

Maribel called me today to bump up my appointment to 330pm. I went. She "stepped out." She told me that she was at appointment anf could maybe see me at 5pm. It was so rude that she wasn't even there when she asked me to. I complained to Groupon and got a refund. Poor communication!

Maribel has horrible communication! Trying to reschedule an appointment is a nightmare! She's hard to reach. She was over 20 mins late for my last appointment. I was scheduled at noon and I got there at 1145 and she was no where to be found until I finally called her at 1220. Now she canceled my next appointment and rescheduled for Sunday morning, I came only to realize it is closed on Sundays!! And of course she doesn't answer her phone! I'd rather pay more and go back to the previous laser spa I was going to, at least I know I'll be getting quality service, the convenience of scheduling online and peace of mind. Edited to add: Btw regarding that Sunday I mentioned, she finally called me back an hour after the time she told me to come in, to tell me the reason she couldn't answer my calls was because she was with a client who decided to get laser hair removal on additional parts of the body. So unprofessional and inconsiderate!! If that client changed their mind last minute and decided they wanted more services, you don't ignore my calls and cut into my time to accommodate them, you reschedule them for another time! Or at the very least call me and let me know so I can decide if I want to wait! But the business was closed, with the door locked and lights off, and she wasn't answering so what was I supposed to think! Was I just supposed to stand there and wait 1 hour? 2 hours? No respect or consideration of my time. I requested a refund immediately. She didn't even keep track of how much I paid her (I paid in advance for a total of 6 sessions, of which I only received 2, this last one would've been my 3rd). She didn't even have a record of how much I paid her! So i sent a screenshot of the 2 zelle transactions. Weeks later she finally refunded me ($5 short, but whatever, tired of fighting at this point).

I had the pleasure of working with Maribel for my laser hair removal at Gentle Zap Laser Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly detailed and thorough, explaining the entire process step-by-step, which made me feel completely at ease. I had full legs, underarms, mustache, and full bikini done, and I’m truly satisfied with the results. Maribel’s professionalism and care made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her 100%! I’m already looking forward to my next session!

I recommend coming here 10 out of 10. Maribel is so nice and caring and is very thorough with her sessions. I’ve noticed a huge difference in certain areas after the laser hair removal. You definitely won’t regret it
