Hi I brought a 7 in 1 machine in October and i just brought hydro glow machine in November again to start my aesthetic business after graduation. My package was delayed delivery over a month because it was sent back to company and i wonder why their delivery company put a reason as need an access to the door to my resident which we dont have and we had no issue with my first machine delivery. The frustration comes when i open hydroglow box and found that they sent me a used one instead of a brand new one. This is chocking me about their service quality. Once i get back to their sales representative they not response. I have a full vdos and photo right after i open the box. 1. Scratches all over the top plate 2. No warping film to cover the top plate 3. The to plate popup and can see the glue easily sides not only one 4. There is a shrink sticker said your machine has system test 5. The display monitor full of pet hair and sticky all around. 6. I brought their trolley and there are a whilw molds around the stand which i cannot remove
