Start to finish, a great experience! Looking for a new place to get Botox done. Stopped in and was greeted by Jennifer, who has an amazing personality, very warm and welcoming. Christina the nurse practitioner not only was a great injector, I was also impressed with how knowledgeable she was. Made suggestions, but not in a pushy way. I also met with Starr who couldn’t have been nicer and made me feel so comfortable. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
I had such a wonderful experience at GlowU Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean the spa is. The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming, making you feel comfortable the second you arrive. The entire staff was absolutely amazing! Christina, the nurse practitioner and injector, did my Botox, and I couldn't be happier with my results. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions while making me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Starr, my esthetician, gave me one of the best HydraFacials I've ever had. She was gentle, thorough, and made my skin feel refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. She truly cares about her clients and it shows. A special thank you to Jennifer, the Spa Director, who is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. She was so patient, helpful, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience from beginning to end. It's rare to find a place where every single person is so friendly, professional, and passionate about what they do. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and excited to come back. I had a consultation with Christina a week prior to my appointment and I just had a great feeling about her as she was super knowledgeable; took her time and was super considerate of all my questions. Today I had my first appointment with Christina for a full face tox which I have never had before. I was nervous as I love a natural look with just a refreshed appearance and some “lifting”, which Christina said she likes to do without me even asking. I am 50, and I’ve been to many med spas; injectors; etc., and Christina just gave me a great feeling. I also LOVED the staff as well ~ very personable and nice. I’m looking forward to seeing my final results in a couple of weeks and following up at GlowU Medspa!
I had such an amazing experience at Glow U MedSpa in Boca, seriously one of the best I’ve had! From the moment I walked in, the energy was so welcoming and professional. I originally booked a Hydrafacial, but after I let MY NEW Estie-Bestie Starr know about my rosacea, she recommended customizing the treatment to better suit my skin. We ended up doing a custom facial along with a Hydrafacial, and it was absolutely perfect. She was so knowledgeable, gentle, and really took her time to understand my skin. My face felt SO clean, calm, and glowing after you can tell she truly cares about her clients and what she does. I also met Jennifer at the front desk who was super sweet and made everything smooth and easy. Everyone there just had great vibes. I also spoke with one of the nurse practitioners, Christina, and she was very informative and helpful. Honestly, the entire team was very informative and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Overall, 10/10 experience. This is definitely going to be my go-to med spa moving forward. I’m also excited to be starting my weight loss journey with them as well! Highly recommend if you’re looking for real results and a luxury experience ✨
