The salon itself is very nice and offers great prices. The staff is friendly and the services are good overall. However, I would like to gently mention one concern. During my visit, the receptionist was holding a dog, and the dog was barking. There was also dog food in the hallway. Since the salon provides injection services, this raised some concerns for me regarding sterility and cleanliness, which are especially important in places offering medical or cosmetic procedures. Additionally, I personally have an allergy to dogs, so this made the visit a bit uncomfortable for me. I completely understand that many people love pets, but in a setting where procedures and injections are performed, it may be better to maintain a pet-free environment. I hope the management will consider this feedback, as the salon has great potential and could provide an even better experience for all clients by paying attention to these details.

On principle, it is frustrating to book a 1hr service online, and then show up to the spa to hear it is not. After speaking to the manager, they insisted that I was wrong, but I was not. Not only is 1hr posted on the website, it is also listed as an 1hr in their store pamphlet. This is not okay, and false advertising. When comparing costs for this service and other spas in the area, the price is too high for a 45 min service. I understand mistakes can happen, but this manager INSISTED I was wrong and that was not how the service was described on the website. I was also asked to book with a specific technician, but I show up and they tell me the technician I chose does not work on that day. Again, I understand people have different schedules, but then please note this on the website. I can only imagine what else is unprofessional in this medical spa.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. The provider took the time to explain the entire Botox process, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. The results look natural and refreshed — exactly what I wanted. No “frozen” look, just a smoother, more youthful appearance. The procedure was quick, virtually painless, and the clinic itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering Botox. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. I will definitely be coming back!

The lash masters handle your eyelashes with such delicacy, it is a pleasure to go every month and get my lashes done. I want to write this post as a special recognition to Hanna, she is such an amazing lash artist. Her care is so gently I always manage to fall asleep during our lash sessions. Her technique is truly of a master, I always get compliments every time I get my lashes done and she really makes me feel so beautiful with her amazing work. Thank you Hanna!
