I had such a great experience getting my lashes done by Jazmin at J Elite Spa! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. She took her time to make sure my lashes looked full, natural, and perfectly shaped for my eyes. The environment was clean, relaxing, and very professional. Jazmin pays attention to every detail and clearly takes pride in her work. My lashes came out absolutely beautiful and lightweight—I’ve received so many compliments already! Ms. Jasmine was absolutely amazing during my services today! She was very professional and explain each part of my service to me and answered my questions thoroughly! I had an amazing experience at this spa! Jazmin was my esthetician, and she made the visit truly wonderful. She was gentle, kind, and took the time to educate me about my skin and recommend future treatments. The atmosphere was calming, uplifting, and absolutely perfect. I can’t wait for my next facial at J. Elite Esthetic!

It is weird that I write a review from the parking lot of an establishment but I do think this experience warrants it. I booked an Advanced Hydrofacial and added dermaplaning while there. To begin with a positive note, the receptionist was extremely warm and kind. She made me aware that my esthetician was running behind. In truth, I did not realize we were running about 20 minutes behind which does not sound like a lot but depending on the day you have planned, is. My esthetician just asked me about my skin but never really shared what she saw. During the dermaplane, I felt like there were a couple of moments where she wasn’t mindful of where I had a sizable pimple. Also, at one point while she went around my lower lip, the blade hit my top lip. I did let her know that she hit my top lip. Upon getting in the car I could immediately see that left of my mouth was missed. So it looks like there is some slight facial hair on the left side of my face. Also, when she began the hydrofacial, she did not ask about the pressure at all and I immediately had to ask her to turn it down. I typically go to a medical spa in Gaithersburg to have this service done so I am very familiar with it. Suction was far too intense and I ultimately had to ask her to turn it down which led her to apologize for not checking in when she began. There were certainly several missed opportunities to check in. Even when she did extractions, I think there should’ve been more of a check-in. I believe she attempted two pimples that were not at all ready and it was very problematic. I do not feel like I left looking like I had a facial, my face just looks irritated. She did ask at the end if I had sensitive skin because she noticed some red spots and I was wondering if she realized that was because of how intense the suction was. Or the constant rubbing product off with a dry towel. Finally, although it says that the facial will take up to 75 minutes and I added derma planing which we can assume as an additional 10 to 15 minutes, I was done in less than an hour. I was started at 1:25. I checked out at 2:22. Perhaps the service was rushed to make up for running behind. All in all this was a really disappointing experience. The receptionist is the only positive thing I can share.
