I’ve been following JP Medspa on Instagram for a while, and I finally booked my first facial with Stacy, a much-needed treat! She was so gentle and wonderful during our first session. It was an amazing experience that quickly piqued my interest in learning more about their other services. Jin was very informative and took the time to discuss my skin issues. I signed up for their wonderful Revlite promotion, and it has been great. So far, I’ve had 3 Revlite sessions, and I can tell there’s an improvement! Excited to see more to come.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had Ultherapy and Potenza done at JP Med Spa with Jin, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Both treatments have a reputation for being painful, but if you follow Jin’s instructions and apply the numbing cream at least 45 minutes beforehand, the procedure is quick and very tolerable — and absolutely worth it. Ultherapy has tightened my skin and given me a noticeably more youthful appearance. When combined with filler, the results are long-lasting and completely worth the investment. I recommend purchasing 1–3 sessions, and she offers a better rate when you bundle, which makes it even more worthwhile. Jin is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and talented at what she does. She will only recommend treatments that are best for your specific skin type and appearance — never anything unnecessary. You can truly trust her expertise and recommendations. Her staff is also amazing. I’ve had some of the best facials there — everyone is kind, professional, and welcoming. Unlike some of the bigger spas in Raleigh, they never push unnecessary add-ons or extra treatments. There’s really something to be said for going to a smaller med spa. You receive more personalized attention, zero pressure, and consistently amazing results. The process is absolutely worth it, and the results are incredible. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend JP Med Spa!
