I just recently had a facial with Samantha and had such a great experience. The whole treatment felt really relaxing and well thought out, and she took her time making sure everything was done properly. She also used red light therapy, which was a nice touch and left my skin feeling refreshed. Afterwards, my face felt noticeably smoother and looked more even and healthy without feeling irritated at all. You can tell she cares about what she’s doing and pays attention to the details. Definitely a solid experience overall.

Very Disappointed With Our Experience — Refund Requested Our experience with Laser & Beauty School in Jupiter, Florida, has been extremely disappointing. In June 2025, my daughter Mia enrolled after meeting with Darlene and discussing the program, training, and additional certificates. We paid $8,250, a significant financial investment. We were told that two additional certificates, including Tattoo and Facial, were available as part of the enrollment. Unfortunately, we were never provided the promised contract despite repeatedly requesting it, and those additional certificates were never provided. After enrollment, there were repeated issues with communication, delays in receiving materials, online access, changes to the training program, and ultimately the discontinuation of the online instructor training. Mia was expected to adapt to these changes and calculate her own hours without adequate instruction. Communication with Darlene was often delayed or unanswered. Despite these challenges, Mia worked extremely hard, studied independently, completed the program, and passed her Florida State Exam on her first attempt. Her success was largely due to her own determination and effort. We also continue to have an unresolved issue with Mia's textbook, which she loaned to another student at the school's request approximately four months ago. Despite repeated requests, it has not been returned. We have requested a 50% refund of the $8,250 tuition ($4,125) due to the lack of the training and support represented at enrollment, the significant changes and excuses surrounding the training, poor communication, failure to provide the promised additional certificates, and failure to provide the contract we repeatedly requested. Stephanie has declined to discuss the matter with me and directed Mia to contact her. Mia has reached out three times without receiving a response. We are not asking for anything unreasonable. We are asking the school to acknowledge that the education and services represented to us at enrollment were not fully delivered. We expect the return of Mia's textbook and are requesting a $4,125 partial refund. We are also pursuing the appropriate channels to have our concerns reviewed through the Florida Dept of Health etc. Prospective students stay away!
