I have been coming here for over a year now, and I can honestly say that the service has been amazing every single time. From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted with kindness, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is attentive, friendly, and truly takes the time to make sure you have a great experience. I really appreciate the consistency and quality of service. It’s not easy to find a place where you feel comfortable, valued, and confident that you’re going to receive excellent service every visit, but this place has definitely exceeded my expectations. After more than a year of coming here, I have nothing but positive things to say. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely continue coming back!
I seriously could not recommend this place more. After only a few sessions, there was significantly less hair growth. Dr Thomas and Keith are both the nicest people you could ever meet! As a college student, Laser Essential is a less than 10 minute drive off campus, so I recommend this place to any college student! I also get laser all throughout my whole body, and every place has had significantly less growth! 1000/10 !!!
Been a customer of Laser Essentials for 10 years. I love Dr. Thomas and Keith, the business manager. Keith always fits me in. The appointments are timely and professional. Perfect balance. Dr Williams knows how to make you look natural and more beautiful. I speak and make a lot of public appearances. I am more confident and get tons of compliments. Thanks Dr T and Keith. I had a really positive experience. Dr. Thomas and Keith were incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable from the start. They showed genuine care and interest in my needs, and I truly appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were whenever I needed to adjust my schedule. Throughout my sessions, I felt well taken care of, which made a big difference. I am happy with my results so far, and while I wish I had been more consistent with attending my appointments, I can still see the progress. I am definitely considering coming back for additional sessions. Overall, a warm, professional, and supportive experience—I would recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal.
