I would like to start by saying the staff is amazing very professional. The building is clean and smells great. The tech. Gina is amazing she explains the service and all the accommodations that comes with it. She provides informative information that will help you on your journey with hair removal. I do apologize that I forgot the receptionist name. However her customer service is everything. She always greet with a smile. And when you call over the phone she makes sure that all is well. The best part about the company is their communication through out your service with them. This place is a 10/10 recommend a friend. Its parking on the street and by public transportation the L train and the 15 trolley.
Wow, what can I not say about this place and there staff. Especially, this beautiful woman named Gina that assisted me. From start to finish, my experience with Laser removal & day of pampering was nothing short of exceptional. Very attentive, clean, and extra caring through out my appointment. After years of trimming with clipper, I finally decided to invest in professional laser hair removal and I'm SO glad I chose this place. They are 2nd to none. Excited to see her again I mean the Staff lol...
Review – Laser Remedy I had a great experience today at Laser Remedy. Gina was my technician for my underarm laser treatment and she was wonderful. She talked me through the entire process, which helped keep me calm, and she was very professional and easy to talk to. The treatment can be a little uncomfortable at times, but she worked efficiently and made the session much more manageable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel comfortable. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. One of the young ladies with glasses was especially kind and took the time to answer my questions, and her nails were absolutely beautiful. Overall the environment was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Laser Remedy and Gina if you're considering laser treatments.
