I’ve had a really great experience at the LaserAway in Waterford. I’m on my fifth laser hair removal session now. I originally started with my neck, arms, and hands, and after seeing how well it was working, I decided to add my shoulders too. Everyone here is always so friendly and welcoming, and the whole process has been super easy. The appointments are quick and they do a great job explaining what they’re doing and what to expect, which made me feel really comfortable from my first appointment. A huge thank you to Nicole and Kim, they’ve both been amazing throughout my treatments. They’re professional, easy to talk to, and always make the appointments go smoothly. Gabby at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming, and Alana does a great job running the office. Definitely glad I decided to start laser hair removal here. Thanks again to the whole team for always making the experience so easy and fun.

Lindsey was my nurse practitioner and she was very informative on the entire process. She answered all of my questions about after care and made sure I truly understood everything for me to get the best results. Casy was like my LA liaison who did a deep dive into my current purchase and gave recommendations on what treatments to add and/or take away concerning my skin issues to get the most out of my investment and help me reach my glass skin goals. I truly felt that they both cared for my skin and was wanting to help me reach my end goal at an affordable and reasonable price.
