LaserAway Philadelphia Jenkintown

I gave LaserAway 3 out of 5 stars. I recently went in for a Hydrafacial, and while the treatment itself was okay, my overall experience was mixed. I’ve had Hydrafacials many times over the years with different providers, and this was the first time I was required to pay in full upfront. Usually, places only ask for a small deposit, so that stood out to me. I also didn’t like that you can’t book appointments directly through their website or see real-time availability. The process felt a bit inconvenient, especially since they require multiple forms and waivers to be completed after confirming an appointment date. I understand the need for a consultation, but requiring it over FaceTime instead of offering an in-person option felt unnecessary. The front desk staff was friendly, but everything felt rushed, which took away from the overall experience. The provider who performed my Hydrafacial was professional and gave helpful skincare recommendations, which I appreciated. My skin does feel very smooth afterward; however, I didn’t leave with the same noticeable ‘glow’ I usually get from my regular aesthetician. Overall, the environment felt a bit stiff and less personalized than I prefer. While it wasn’t a bad experience, it didn’t meet my expectations, and I likely wouldn’t return.

Amazing! The staff is incredibly sweet, kind, and accommodating, making the experience so much fun. I couldn’t have asked for a better first visit and am really looking forward to my future appointments with Laser Away. They walked me through the entire process and patiently answered any questions I had. Their great communication made everything smooth and comfortable — truly a perfect experience all around. I have no complaints!

*Update* I was so happy with my results at LaserAway that I went back for more. I had a Thermage treatment in my face and my neck by Amelia. I was amazed at how quickly you could see a difference in your skin. My skin felt so much tighter right away. Amelia did such a beautiful job from start to finish. The entire staff was so caring, warm, and friendly. Because my skin looks so much more youthful, I could wear much less makeup and still get so many compliments on how much younger I look! Thank you, laser away!!!! I had a very pleasant experience at LaserAway. The staff was extremely friendly, and the manager, Leni, was especially kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She truly cares about client experience and provides the highest caliber of support and service. I had a hydrafacial, and I met with the remote nurse practitioner to ensure the procedure would be 100% safe and effective for my skin. That was very quick, convenient, and efficient for this service. My skin felt great after the service with a nice glow, and I even had a delicious cup of chai latte at the medspa! This is a great medspa to take care of your skin and to maintain a youthful look 😉

I saw LaserAway Jenkintown was having its grand opening while I was on my way to European Wax Center. The pain of waxing was really starting to make laser hair removal sound appealing, so I decided to stop in and check it out. I was greeted by Lenny, who was so excited and passionate about what she does, and she immediately made me feel so welcomed! I was also their very first customer, which made me feel extra special lol. I’m so happy I decided to stop in that day. The front desk staff and every nurse I’ve worked with since have been incredible. Every time I see a new face, I’m greeted with the same kindness and care. They’re also very affordable, and there are always deals going on that they make sure to keep you updated about. I’ve since moved away from Jenkintown, but I still make the trip to schedule my appointments there because it’s genuinely my happy place! 🥹💕
