Truly professional and knowledgeable. Their facials are lovely. Luma is so great, she is kind, patient and caring. I naturally ask alot of questions and she's very honest and fair and I love that. Saw her 8 years ago and went again recently and had the same exact type of experience and service! Consistency is hard to find but not with Rana!
I've had a great experience with Luma! Rana and Brooke have been professional, friendly, and helpful; the pricing and services are straightforward; and they do great work. Umm… WOW. What an amazing experience this was…now that I see all the five-star reviews, I completely get the hype. From the moment I walked in, the girls were so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely sweet. The owner was so adorable and down to earth…definitely a plus for such a classy place. I felt comfortable, pampered, and totally taken care of the entire time. And listen… if they didn’t mind my snoring during the facial, just know that’s the highest compliment I can give 😅 I NEVER fall asleep like that, but it was THAT good. You guys might need to start offering nightly facials to fix my sleep issues…just saying 😂 Will 100% be back and already can’t wait. Highly, highly recommend!
The girls at this med spa are absolutely amazing. I’ve never felt more comfortable in my own skin than I have this year after starting laser hair removal here. I don’t even have to think about hair anymore. Literally, I’m in and out fast (which I love), & the results after just a few sessions have been insanely GOOD! The facility is spotless, the girls are so polite & professional, & they really know how to tailor treatments to you. Highly HIGHLY recommend.
