Five stars isn't enough for Main Line Plastic Surgery! From the moment you walk through the door, the entire team makes you feel completely welcomed, comfortable, and well-informed. Every single staff member is so nice and attentive. Dr. Bernstein is truly exceptional. He took his time, answered every question I had, and showed incredible patience throughout the consultation. I was so impressed that he put me in an imaging machine that took deep pictures to thoroughly analyze my problem areas and address my exact needs. Based on that detailed analysis, he gave me honest, tailored guidance—including recommending peels to help with my treatment—rather than just selling a quick fix. He tells you the absolute truth and sets clear expectations. That level of advanced care, transparency, and genuine patience is so rare to find. If you want a surgeon who is honest, thorough, and puts his patients first, I cannot recommend Dr. Bernstein and the Main Line Plastic Surgery team enough!
I had broken blood vessels on my nose that Dr. Bernstein got rid of immediately. I’ve been seeing him off and on for 10 years. Wish I knew about him sooner. Dr. Bernstein is warm and friendly and has the best lasers in the area. His staff is welcoming and helpful. You’ll be well taken care of and get excellent results.
I learned so much about proper skin care from Dr. Bernstein and his caring, professional team. I have severe sun damage on the left side of my face from years of spending hours on the road when I had a job that required extensive travel. One side of my face looks at least 15 years older than the other. While Dr. Bernstein was confident he could provide a series of laser treatments that would work, he decided instead to refer me to another doctor who had a different type of laser and would be able to resolve the issue with one treatment instead. I thought that was extraordinary. I wouldn't hesitate to consult Dr. Bernstein and his team for any future needs.
The absolute best! I started coming here a few years ago for tattoo removal, and since then I’ve built a full laser routine because of how incredible this place is. The entire team is so well‑educated, kind, and genuinely invested in making you feel cared for every single visit. Most recently I tried the UltraClear laser and loved the results. I can’t wait to come back again in the fall — truly the only place I trust for my skin.
