I CANNOT recommend Main Line Dermatology enough! I went for a skin check and within a week they had me back for a procedure to ensure I was healthy! They were so kind with informing me about next steps, what to expect, and helping me with scheduling. The procedure was painless, quick, and they were so friendly and reassuring during. I felt safe and comfortable. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND when I fainted in their lobby as I was checking out (again, SO sorry 😊). They made sure I was okay, let me lie down, gave snacks and recommendations on how to better prepare for fainting if it ever happens again in the future. The kindness, care, and professional in the Wayne office is something I will never forget! I recommend this office and team 110%. You are all wonderful!!
The clinic is an excellent one. I have been there before, to have a couple of moles removed and Dr. Campbell did an excellent job of that. This time, I went back for a skin checkup. The administrative staff was efficient and polite. After completing the check-in process, I waited less that one minute in the waiting room before I was called in to see Dr. Campbell. She examined me thoroughly, made a couple of comments and answered my questions. She was focused on doing a thorough exam, but was very pleasant, too. I'm a critical person, but there's nothing to criticize about Main Line Dermatology. I highly recommend it.
Amazing, direct and professional quickly identifying and removing pre-cancer from my face painlessly. I feel empowered to proactively take care of my skin/health - so important. Highly encouraged all of my close friends and family to do the same the minute I walked out the door because of my experience. Thank you!!!!
The doctor I met with was unfriendly, spoke to me for less than a few minutes, barely made eye contact, and was dismissive. I came in to discuss multiple separate issues, the second of which she told me could not be dealt with due to my pregnancy. I asked what treatment options exist when I am not pregnant, and she said “come back.” After that, I decided not to discuss anything else with her. I won’t be coming back. This experience was at the Wayne location — I’ve had a better experience at the West Chester location.
