Absolutely love Mandala and the ladies that work here. They all vibe together so well, to create such a wonderful and positive experience. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Dana, you can tell you are in the right hands. She answers any questions you have & makes sure you are comfortable and settled in before going to your appointment. Megan and Cassie are truly amazing and go above and beyond at their crafts! They love helping people! I've had 4 facials with Megan, and couldnt be happier. I was getting regular facials at a different place, but had to break free of the stresses and chaos brought into it. I'm thankful to have been recommended here. What a game changer to be taken care of during your "me" time. Megan has such a beautiful personality and loves connecting with her clients. There is so much positivity and tranquility in her space. I can tell that she wants the best for anyone that walks in to see her. She truly understands what her clients needs are, and makes recommendations based off of that. She doesn't try to upsell you, but rather educate you. I love having facials now that I'm in the right place. I feel so refreshed and so happy after getting a facial. I had a consult with Cassie and she was phenomenal. Ladies, hearing recommendations from a female about improving our features, makes a world of a difference. In the past, I had a consult with a man, and I left feeling worse and with very little confidence. Talking with Cassie was nothing like that. She listened, gave options and recommendations and was upfront and honest. She didnt make you feel unpretty or crush your confidence. She was so easy to talk to. She walked along side you to make sure you had all the appropriate information before making a decision. She loves what she is doing and enjoys guiding others in a safe space.
