The booking was so easy. Joelis is the best coordinator she answered my 100 questions and made sure I understood everything before booking. Renata and Leah were also so helpful guiding me to the right person to get my surgery scheduled. I’m excited to see Dr. Lou for my surgery next month. I’m here updating my review while I wait for my surgery with Dr. Lou. I’m super excited and nervous but Ashley has been super sweet and has made me feel so comfortable. I had such a great experience with my pre-op coordinator. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, You can truly tell she cares about her patients and loves what she does. I’m so thankful for all her support and positivity. She made this experience so much smoother for me. Highly recommend! By the way her name is Carolina 🥰😊😊
Carolina was absolutely fantastic during my pre-op appointment. I was feeling very nervous, but she made me feel calm, safe, and cared for the entire time. Her kindness, patience, and reassurance meant so much to me. I truly appreciate how comfortable she made me feel during such an important and emotional moment. Meeting Dr. Young was also such a pleasant experience. She was very sweet, kind, and made me feel even more comfortable. Thank you both for making my pre-op experience so positive!
Everyone was super nice & helpful. From Bre at the front desk she also helped me with my pre op appointment, super sweet! Carolina who got me ready for surgery, very attentive & helpful! Mike who was my anesthesiologist was super nice & helped calm my nerves, was clear on exactly what he was going to do and let me know ahead of time! My surgeon Dr. Paty Young was very sweet & knowledgeable. I am 1 day post op an have been doing great, looking better already & I couldn't be happier! Oh and the sweet lady's that got me ready to leave after surgery im not sure of their names bcuz I was still a little loopy but I am super thankful for them! Definitely will recommend ☺️
