The best experience! My son had a wart on his finger, and after seeing two other dermatologists over the past six months, we still had no results. One doctor sent us home with a cream and told us to scrape the wart before applying it. The other froze the wart so poorly that it left part of his finger covered in a painful blister. I always read reviews before choosing a doctor, so I was hesitant to try another dermatologist. I’m so glad we came to Miami Center of Dermatology. From the moment we walked in, Isabella greeted us with kindness and made us feel welcome. Ashley, our dermatologist, truly listened and took the time to explain everything. She told us the wart was much deeper than the previous doctors had realized and explained why the other treatments were never going to work. She carefully removed it by scraping it out. At our two-week follow-up appointment, the wart was completely gone! This was one of the best medical experiences we’ve had. The staff was caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. The visit was quick, but we never felt rushed. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Miami Center of Dermatology to anyone looking for a dermatologist who truly cares.

I had such an amazing experience at this dermatology office! The nurse practitioner Ashley was absolutely incredible — she took her time, listened carefully, and gave me more helpful information than any dermatologist I’ve ever seen before. She was knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I finally feel like I understand my skin and have a real plan moving forward. The entire office was professional and welcoming. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional dermatology care!

Melissa and Dr. Fox have truly been a blessing to our family. My son has struggled with terrible eczema, and they were the first to really listen to our concerns and help us find answers. Because of their care and dedication, we are finally seeing real improvement. We are so thankful for this amazing office and the difference they have made in our son’s life!

My son’s appointment was scheduled for 11:20 a.m., and we arrived 15 minutes early per their request. Unfortunately, we were not seen until approximately 12:10 p.m., nearly an hour after our arrival and about 50 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. After waiting more than 30 minutes past the appointment time, I approached the receptionist to ask about the delay. I was told it would be about 10 more minutes, but the wait ended up being longer. While I understand that delays happen, I would have appreciated more accurate communication regarding the expected wait time. I do want to acknowledge that the nurse assistant apologized and explained that the office was short-staffed, which I appreciated. However, staffing issues should not significantly impact scheduled appointment times without keeping patients informed. Overall, the lack of communication and extended wait time made for a frustrating experience. I hope the office can improve scheduling and patient communication moving forward.
