I'm honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews because my experience was the complete opposite. I'm so glad I decided to keep my appointment instead of letting the reviews discourage me. From the moment I walked in, everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor was incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly. I came in to have a wart treated, and it was taken care of promptly. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and answered all of my questions. I left feeling well-informed, confident in my treatment, and very satisfied with the care I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and efficient care.

The worst experience we have ever had with the staff of a medical office. My wife and I arrived on time, completed check-in, and paid for our appointments. We were accompanied by our young daughter, who was asleep in her stroller. The problems started immediately when we asked about elevator access. The receptionist responded rudely and unprofessionally, insisting there was no elevator or ramp available, forcing us to carry our sleeping child and stroller up the stairs. To be fair, Dr. Salinas was professional, respectful, and helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the office staff. While we were in an exam room speaking with our insurance company, an assistant abruptly entered and informed me that my appointment was being canceled because I had supposedly failed to respond when called from the waiting room. I attempted to explain the situation, but she was confrontational, unwilling to listen, and abruptly shut the door while I was speaking. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that the same employee was the person in charge. Rather than addressing my concerns, she dismissed them and stated that she was simply doing her job. Dr. Salinas later personally apologized for the situation, but by that point the experience had become so uncomfortable that we decided to cancel the appointment and leave. Afterward, I reviewed other patient feedback and was surprised to find multiple complaints describing more issues with the office staff. Unfortunately, after experiencing it firsthand, I can understand why. Extremely disappointing staff.

I called for information and I spoke to Eva the MA. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She listened to my concerns. I didnt get that from some of the other places I contacted. The other spots seemed to be more concerned with my insurance carrier than my well being and I didnt get that vibe here. Im happily getting my sub derm treated here and wouldnt suggest any other spot.

I was worried after seeing the 1 star reviews but the team at this clinic is stellar. Ive been having issues with hives and rashes for years and this is the first place Ive been where I felt seen and heard and helped. Would recommend to anybody. Staff and Doctor were so kind.
