OMG, she is so knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. Hands down, this was one of the best Botox and filler experiences I have ever had! I have never had a bad experience here. I love how amazing all the staff are. I’ve received tattoo, laser reductions, lip, filler, and a type of laser treatment for my face and neck IPL? Maybe I forgot… still highly recommend it the instructors really help their students understand how to properly do a certain procedure with specific techniques.

I was a part of the national laser Institutes live webinar tonight and it was a true eye opener for me. Lou the founder was very transparent and straight forward and gave amazing words of encouragement. Literally gave me goosebumps! This is what I needed to be able to start to make a change in my life from just being a bedside nurse to actually looking forward to something that I love. Cold hospitality, rushed procedures, and an unprofessional environment I am thoroughly unimpressed with the level of service and overall professionalism at this location. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff and the manager/lead technician fail to provide genuine, welcoming hospitality. The environment feels cold, phony, and unnecessarily pretentious rather than client-focused. The primary issue is the lead technician in charge of the removal process. Every session feels incredibly rushed. While I understand the actual laser process takes less than five minutes, her frantic, chaotic energy makes the entire experience uncomfortable. When asked direct questions about the treatment, her answers are vague and dismissed quickly because she always seems to be in a hurry. A professional should be able to take a deep breath, slow down, and communicate clearly. Furthermore, the setup inside the treatment room is highly unprofessional. The lead technician frequently has three to four students observing the procedure. Instead of projecting confidence and acting as an educated, capable mentor, she appears nervous, tense, and overwhelmed. This frantic dynamic completely destroys any sense of client comfort. If you are supposed to be leading a training environment, you should be projecting absolute composure, not causing anxiety for the person on the table. For a premium service, you expect educated, relaxed, and polished professionals. Instead, the staff here comes across as untrained and lacking basic hospitality standards. I would look elsewhere if you want a calm, professional, and transparent experience.
