Yesterday, after waiting two months, I finally had my appointment, and I can honestly say I had such a wonderful experience! I had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Liz, and she is truly an angel! She made me feel so comfortable throughout my entire appointment and constantly made sure I was okay and not feeling uncomfortable. She was so sweet, patient, understanding, and caring. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients, and that means so much! Everyone there was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience. Thank you, Nurse Liz, for making my visit so much easier and for being such a beautiful soul! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
I had my routine laser hair removal done on 5/29. Upon entering the facility I was greeted by Keya who was so warm and welcoming. After a challenging morning, being greeted by her beautiful, kind spirit brightened my day. This is my second time having DiDi perform my laser hair removal and she has become my absolute favorite practitioner in my history of coming. DiDi is very professional, thorough and caring. My time is very valuable to me and each time DiDi got me in and out quickly which I greatly appreciate! Both Keya and DiDi are valuable assets to the company. I have been a member for years and the service has always been top notch, but these two ladies are absolutely amazing. They both deserve to be recognized for their amazing service and dedication to their clients as well as representing the company phenomenally!
The skin service team is good, which is unfortunate because they are overshadowed by the abissmal front desk team. The lady managing the phones on June 3rd was unprofessional and under supportive in providing resolution due to a systems issue on her end. It literally felt like she answered the phone because she knew she couldn't do anything helpful. When I asked if she could call me back to reschedule my appointment once the system was back online, she said no. It's already difficult to connect to a person when calling, you go to a voicemail that says you'll be called back-- not so. No one answers during business hours nor calls back when messages are left (2 days and counting). As an existing client, I continue to try since I already have a package there but do not recommend anyone going to this location unless you have time to waste.
Courtney is the BEST! I just finished my 8th out of 8 laser hair removal sessions and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This location always has a friendly, helpful front desk, and the NPs who perform the laser treatments are kind, knowledgeable, and take the time to educate you on what’s happening before, during, and after each session. I never had any scheduling issues and scheduled all my LHR appointments in advance. I highly recommend them for LHR — nothing beats a Candela laser!
