I've been receiving laser hair removal from Dr. Rao for a little over a year now, and she has been great. She 's very knowledgeable and is good at helping me to understand the process about how to care my skin before and after treatment. She has been receptive to my concerns; laser became painful in particularly sensitive areas of my face but she was able to provide some numbing cream after seeing it was necessary to get through the treatment. She has been kind and considerate throughout the process and I am glad I chose her for this treatment.
I just finished a 3-session microneedling package with Dr. Rao, and my skin truly looks better than it has in years. Between the treatments and the skincare products she recommended, I actually decided to hold off on Botox treatment because my skin — specifically my crow’s feet — was already looking better. Beyond the results, I’ve really loved getting to know Dr. Rao. She’s an incredible listener, genuinely empathetic, and has a way of making you feel completely comfortable — she honestly feels like a friend at this point. I couldn’t recommend her more. Dr. Rao is absolutely amazing! Going to see her for my laser hair removal was the best decision I have made. She is extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. Her clinic is also very clean and welcoming. During my first consultation, she addressed all my questions and concerns. Dr. Rao was very honest with me, and did inform me about the amount of sessions I would need for my goal. It definitely was a journey, but the results exceeded my expectations. I have always struggled with thick facial hair for as long as I could remember. And I honestly find these results life changing.
