About the Provider
OVME Richmond is one of OVME's 29 med spa studios, at 6239 River Rd in Richmond.
Injectables include Botox and Dysport, dermal and lip filler, Sculptra, PRFM gel, under-eye PRP and SkinVive. Skin treatments include Hydrafacial, the Signature Facial, BBL photofacial, RF microneedling and chemical peels.
The studio is open Monday and Friday 9am to 6pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm.

Both ladies are truly amazing! Genevieve has worked with me over the last six months to create a skin care regimen and work on my skin texture and acne scarring. I appreciate the personal attention I receive from every member of the OVME team. Their providers are very knowledgeable and take the time to educate me on all the possible options that serve my needs and goals. The service and professional techniques they utilize keep me coming back.
I would NOT recommend this clinic for laser hair removal. I completed over 10 sessions with three different technicians, and there was no consistency in the advice I received. One technician told me to return after 8 weeks, while another later said treatments should have been spaced every 4 weeks and suggested “starting over” because the timing had been incorrect. This left me feeling like my treatments were ineffective and that there was little genuine care or guidance around my progress. Ultimately, I stopped going because I did not feel supported or confident in their approach.
