I stumbled upon Palo Alto Laser looking for someone to remove my micro-bladed eyebrows with stubborn ink that would just not fade away. I met with Preet and quickly learned how incredibly knowledgeable she was about all kinds of laser treatments; not just removing tattoos. I'd had BBL/Moxi and Halo lasers in the past at other provider's offices but it had been awhile. Specializing in lasers, Palo Alto Laser has some new, more state of the art lasers that I hadn't tried before; specifically the Ultra Clear laser. Together we discussed my past laser treatments and things I wanted to address. I was blown away by how knowledgeable Preet was. Together we came up with a plan to tackle all of my concerns. They performed the Ultra Clear Laser Coring on my face, eyes and neck. While intense, their after care was phenomenal. They had me come in on days 1, 3 and 5 to check on me and make sure my healing was progressing normally and provided me with everything I needed to heal at home from saline soaks to gentle cleansers, to healing nectar, sunscreen and more! It usually takes 3-6 months to see the skin tightening. I'm at week 9 now and the skin tightening results are really starting to show especially my neck, eyelids and nasolabial folds. The quality of my skin looks fantastic too. To put things into perspective, the cost of the laser treatments is a fraction of what I was quoted at a plastic surgery center for an upper and lower blepharoplasty which I am please to say, I do not need anymore! The best thing about Palo Alto Laser is that everyone who works there is fantastic! They really work together as a cohesive team which is something that is really special to experience. The left hand definitely knows what the right hand is doing. And everyone remembers who you are when you walk through the door. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Everyone from the front desk team, to the nurse who took care of me,(shout out to Carina!) made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions during my appointment. I voiced my skin concerns and Carina recommended a few treatments based on my age, skin type, etc. She was also very gentle with the needle, I had zero bruises.
