Diana has been so helpful in my journey on botox, facials and fillers. She makes me feel comfortable and is always expressing before and after care for every procedure which I absolutely love. The place is so beautiful and there is always calming music on the background to make everyone feel relaxed. I highly recommend this place.
This spa is the best for routine maintenance! They offer a bunch of wellness and beauty services that make you feel and look great. They always make sure I'm super comfortable during every visit. I love coming here for my routine facials.
I got PIH (hyperpigmentation) after my treatment here. I have had microneedling w/prp done many times prior with no issues. I am not sure what went wrong here. Some factors were language. She didnt speak English that wasnt helpful because I had to strictly rely and trust her because she was the Nurse. She introduced red/blue light at the end. Based on my research, the benefits come from the controlled inflammation and micro-injuries triggering the body’s healing response and collagen production. So aggressively suppressing that inflammation interferes with the natural repair process and potentially reduces the results which in my case PIH. She did try to help afterwards so I will give her that for not blowing me off. She involved the medical director who wasnt very helpful. She didnt offer any solution. It was more like oh well you signed a waiver you are on your own. I dont like that, there was no apology or reassurance. Im coming to you so you can help fix what you did wrong but not holding yourself accountable or offering to help is bad business. She couldnt even prescribe anything she referred me to my doctor. You are a licensed and practicing NP in the state of Illinois wdym you cant? Overall you get what you pay for.
I had a great experience with Diana! I got the Hollywood facial with laser, and my skin looked brighter, smoother, and super glowy right after. She was professional, made me feel comfortable, and explained everything clearly. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing, I definitely recommend!
