Gaphna is amazing. Very warm and makes you feel comfortable. The carbon laser peel is very effective and works well on my brown skin. The place is super cute and clean and she has done an amazing job with the interiors.

Had my very first (ever) laser tattoo removal session with Gaphna today for my foot tattoo. She was super nice, calm, and welcoming. It was very painful, but very quick. She ensured a safe environment where I can let her know whenever I needed a break - which I needed several of. Throughout the process she updated me as we were nearing the end, which helped me hold on longer. Can't wait to see the progress!

Very upset and poor customer service, I found the salon on Groupon For a tattoo removal, I went in person with my boyfriend, and was told which Groupon to buy. I went in person on purpose to get a correct quote on the Sizing of my tattoo so I didn’t buy the wrong Groupon, She told me it was a medium in sizing (My boyfriend there as a witness) So that’s the Groupon that I bought, Finally, I come in to do the treatment and when I get there, she tells me that it is an extra large and that instead of $80 she wants me to pay 250??? I just drove an hour for no reason. I’m not sure what the point of going in person. The first time was since I was not quoted correctly.. All she could say is “ You came in A few months ago, I can’t remember what I quoted you” As if I’m lying? My tattoo has not changed in the last 14 years. I have a business myself and this is poor customer service. Maybe this is the way she treats people who buy Groupon and I understand it is a deal, but she would’ve had a lifetime customer out of me because I’m sure I would’ve needed more sessions than the Groupon. I personally do not recommend this place

The owner is super sweet and welcoming, just like her work space!! Everything is so pretty and she is very efficient, professional, and friendly. I went for 3 tattoo removal sessions and will be booking more :)
