From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I originally went in for Botox around my eyes, but Dr. Senger took his time evaluating me and recommended fillers to help me look more refreshed and youthful. Today is only my second day, and I can already see a beautiful difference! I’m extremely happy with my results. Dr. Senger is very professional and attentive, and his staff is excellent. I highly recommend them and look forward to coming back!

Carissa is so caring and attentive to details, making sure I book my next appointment and giving me the rundown on products. I’m in the process of laser hair removal but also get Hydra-facial, B12 shots, and IV therapy, and I’ve been genuinely happy with the results and service providers. The laser hair removal has made my routine so much easier, and my skin has looked noticeably brighter and smoother after the Hydra-facial. The B12 shots and IV therapy also help me feel more refreshed and energized when I need a boost. (Thanks to their VIP membership program!) Everyone is patient and thorough, and I never feel rushed. It’s clear that they care about both the experience and the quality of their work. I highly recommend Refresh Aesthetic & Wellness to anyone looking for effective aesthetic and wellness services in a welcoming environment. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and glad I made the appointments. I’m looking forward to trying other services they offer.

The transition from Ideal Image to the newer company has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased a laser hair removal package from Ideal Image last year. For various reasons, one of the areas included in my package was switched to DiamondGlow facials. I was specifically told that I would receive three DiamondGlow facial sessions and that they would not expire, so I could use them whenever I wanted. I used only one session and intentionally saved the remaining two for special occasions. After the transition to Refresh, I was told that I apparently only had one session remaining and that this needed to be verified. About an hour later, I received a call informing me that all of my remaining facial sessions had expired and that I could no longer use them. This is extremely upsetting because these were services that I had already paid for with my hard-earned money. If there were changes to the company’s policies, packages, or expiration rules during the transition, customers should have been clearly notified. Proper communication could have prevented a significant amount of money and already-paid services from simply being lost. We come to these businesses to enjoy services and feel relaxed—not to deal with unnecessary stress and uncertainty over services we already paid for. I understand that companies can change policies during a transition, but customers should not be left bearing the financial loss because of changes they were never properly informed about. Please do better. Customers work hard for their money, and already-paid services should be handled with transparency, communication, and fairness.
