I came to this dermatologist a year or two ago for moderate acne. I was prescribed Retin-A gel, which only made my skin significantly worse. I’m writing this review now because I eventually found another dermatologist who fixed my acne while making me feel comfortable and heard. One thing that stood out to me about this practice and made me extremely uncomfortable was being asked during the appointment if a medical student the doctor was teaching could come in to examine my skin. While I understand students need experience, I personally came to speak with a dermatologist and have my skin properly evaluated, not to feel like part of a teaching session. On top of that, the visit felt extremely rushed — I spent more time speaking with the intake nurse or whatever than the dermatologist herself, who only talked with me for about 4 minutes. Overall, I felt like the focus was more on cosmetic treatments than actually helping me feel confident and comfortable in my own skin. Hello Tommy again! While I appreciate the response, I find it disappointing that the focus seems to be more on disputing my experience than understanding why I, once a patient at your practice, left feeling disregarded. As someone already struggling with acne and the self-confidence issues that come with it, I came into that appointment hoping to feel supported and taken seriously. Instead, the interaction felt impersonal and dismissive, which is why I ultimately chose not to return to the practice afterward. Mentioning that I never contacted the office again only reinforces that point — if my initial experience already left me feeling unheard, why would I have felt encouraged to come back and express how I felt? I also find it concerning that aspects of my treatment history and what your office claims to reflect in its records were discussed publicly in response to my review. While I understand the desire to defend your practice, publicly disputing a former patient’s medical experience begins to approach a line that many patients would reasonably find uncomfortable. At the end of the day, this review was never meant to be malicious. It simply reflects my honest experience as a patient and the lasting impression both the appointment and your response as a practice left on me.

Charlotte does a great job and Dr. White is wonderful too. The front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the evening hours since I work late, but the best part is that I don’t feel like a number there—I truly think they care about their patients. It’s also great to see a practice that gives back to the community!

I highly recommend RW Dermatology, especially Kearstin and Racheal. I was suffering from a severe skin condition that caused constant itching, bleeding, and painful nodules. I was so embarrassed that I stopped wearing shorts and short sleeves shirt. From my very first visit, they treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. They prescribed the right medication, and it completely changed my life. The itching stopped, my skin healed, and the nodules went away. I finally have my confidence back. I’m so grateful for the outstanding care I received and have already referred my family and coworkers. Thank you for making such a positive difference in my life. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Rachel White’s dermatological facility, and I can't emphasize enough how positive my experience was. The entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in. The nurse was so kind and attentive, making sure I was at ease before seeing Dr. White. And as for Dr. White herself, she was not only highly efficient but also incredibly reassuring and thorough. I truly felt like I was in excellent hands and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. White and her team to anyone seeking top-notch dermatological care.
