My daughter is a new patient here and we both were very impressed with the office and the care. Everyone was kind and friendly beginning from check-in, from the Medical Assistant, Dejah, and from Gina the PA. My daughter also made mention of how nice it was to see it run by women. If you need to be seen by dermatology, this is a wonderful place to go.
I highly recommend this dermatology facility if you’re dealing with cystic acne or any skin condition. After struggling with postpartum acne, I decided to come here, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skin. The care and attention I’ve received have been outstanding. I’ve had facials and chemical peels, and Nancy is absolutely amazing—very knowledgeable and attentive. The doctors are also excellent and made me feel confident starting my treatment. I’m currently on Accutane, and the entire process has been well-managed and organized. The staff is professional, the facility is clean, and everything runs smoothly. My skin has improved so much, and I can honestly say your skin will thank you later. I love this place and will definitely keep coming back!
Excellent experience from the initial consultation to the actual procedure. I was informed of every step that was taken, I was informed of any delays and why they were happening and finally the very personable care by Dr. Mailer and her team was exceptional. And I must not forget the front end and exit teams. My appointment was scheduled quick and easy as was my checking in on my appointment day. Follow-up appointments at checkout…easy! All in all a professional, friendly atmosphere from beginning to end.
