As a health professional myself it pains me to do this, but after a pleasant visit for my first derm visit, I’ve had nothing but trouble with the billing department. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with my insurance company and Schweiger and have yet to reach a resolution after they incorrectly billed my husband for my visit. When my insurance representative reaches out to billing on my behalf, they’re either on hold for 45+ min or hung up on. While the provider i saw was kind and knowledgeable, I cannot recommend this group given the challenges faced on the administrative side. Despite my best efforts, I feel I have no option but to post this review both to warn others as well as in hopes that somebody from the Schweiger team sees this and reaches out to help.
I arrived early and met with my provider early -- a first, actually. My provider was kind, respectful and thorough. Also, this additional "plus" apparently doesn't just apply to me because it was in place before I arrived: The signage in the building was excellent. I knew where to go with every step from the moment I walked into the building for the first time. It was very calming for me to know that.
Danielle and Anna made me feel more than just a patient. They were both very respectful. Anna listened and we discussed several issues. Anna’s ability to combine excellent communications skills with her medical evaluations made me feel very confident that I was receiving the best medical advice and treatment. Thank you.
I love my provider but dealing with the office staff and AI responses is a nightmare. They are super unresponsive. . Scheduling anything other than simple things for which there are options to choose online is borderline impossible. Still (impatiently) waiting on a call from Pine Street location to call after several requests.
