check in is only done through the kiosk . i would recommend that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes before to complete the entire questionnaire. i had an appointment at 1:20 and was out of there by 2! Very timely and the Dr was attentive and caring ( not rushed AT ALL). i felt heard and respected by most of the staff. the office is beautifully updated.

I have been a patient at this location since before Goodless Dermatology became part of Schweiger Dermatology Group, and my four-star rating really reflects my experience with the changes that have come with that transition. First, the people here are outstanding. The clinical staff who perform the procedures and treatments are absolutely fantastic. They are professional, caring, knowledgeable, and consistently provide excellent care. They deserve a "gold star". The administrative staff at the front desk are equally deserving of recognition. They have been incredibly helpful with scheduling multiple appointments, answering questions, handling billing arrangements, and working through issues when they arise. Sometimes coordinating everything can be a challenge, and they genuinely take the time to help get it accomplished. Even when I have called with a problem, the staff have been understanding and empathetic. So why four stars instead of five? The technology. Since the transition to Schweiger, the technology seems to have taken on a life of its own. There are texts and emails asking you to check in and complete forms before an appointment, yet when you arrive and check in at the kiosk, you may find yourself going through much of it again. My most recent experience really illustrates the frustration. I received a text advising me of a scheduling conflict with an appointment that was still several months away. I appreciated the advance notice. But within an hour, I received another text telling me the appointment had been canceled and offering three alternatives, none of which worked for me. Then came emails about it, followed by a phone call. Technology is supposed to make the patient experience easier. Here, it sometimes feels as though the patient is being asked to accommodate the technology rather than the technology serving the patient. What makes this particularly unfortunate is that it doesn't reflect the quality of the people at this office. The staff seem to understand the frustration because they have to work with these systems too, and they do an excellent job despite them. Schweiger has an exceptional team at the Dr. Phillips location. If the company can get its technology and communication systems under control and make them work for patients and staff rather than creating additional frustration, this would easily be a five-star experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Schweiger Dermatology in Dr. Phillips. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this office is run with professionalism and efficiency. Everything was well organized, appointments stayed on schedule, and the entire process was seamless. What impressed me the most, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to recognize Ariana and Aly. Their attention to detail, kindness, and sincere dedication to caring for patients truly stood out. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable, answered my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to help. It's rare to find a medical office that combines outstanding professionalism with such genuine compassion. I highly recommend Schweiger Dermatology at Dr. Phillips to anyone looking for exceptional dermatologic care.

Since change of ownership to Schweiger Dermatology, it seems like it changed for the worse. Kiosk to check in was removed without any further instructions/directions. Arrived 10 minutes early for scheduled appointment time, but wasn't called to the back until another 20 minutes. Seen briefly by one of the staff for routine check-in updates for a couple of minutes and left waiting in room for another 21 minutes. Finally done over an hour later after being seen for less than 8 minutes. I think that service providers should not be able to charge you full price if you arrived at the scheduled time and they fail to give you service at the scheduled time as they have wasted yours. They are quick to charge you if you came late or failed to cancel your appointment.
