I had such a great experience at SG Facial Plastic Surgery & MedSpa! The moment I walked in, I was blown away by how stunning the space is. You can tell so much thought went into creating not just a beautiful office, but a full experience from the moment you arrive. The entire staff was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I came in for Botox with Dr. Gill, and he was wonderful. He immediately made me feel at ease and took the time to recommend the right amount of units for me and the results I was looking for. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or like they were trying to upsell me on anything. It genuinely felt like they were focused on what was best for me and making sure I felt confident in what we were doing. Such a refreshing experience, and I’ll absolutely be back!
I was lucky enough to get a referral to Dr. Kurren Gill’s practice on Wednesday, 8/12 from my ER doctor after I took a nasty fall and hit my forehead. We do not live in the Chicago area and we were visiting from Ann Arbor. Dr. Gill made arrangements while I was in the ER to see me in his new office the next morning to stitch a deep gash. We were of course very anxious and scared but when we arrived and met Dr. Gill, his office manager, Hailey and Bennsy, the surgical assistant, we felt we’d landed in a very safe place. Everyone was so kind and welcoming besides going through all the details so that we understood everything. The office has been beautifully designed to create a relaxing atmosphere even under the most difficult circumstances. Dr. Gill through the entire time he worked on my deep gash, talked me through each step and chatted to help me relax. My husband and I left there deeply grateful for his clear expertise and wonderful care! BTW, I was their first patient in their new office. I had an amazing experience at SG Facial Plastic Surgery & Medspa! I came in for a Botox consultation and was initially a bit nervous because I’ve had Botox at other clinics in the past and ended up with a bad headache. However, Dr. Gil was incredibly patient, thorough, and highly informative about every step of the procedure. I truly felt like he cared about my specific treatment and well-being. The office atmosphere instantly makes you feel right at home. I can't wait for my next appointment!
