I had the best experience with Mayliah! She did an amazing job with my facial, and you can truly tell how much she cares about what she does. She provides exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and valued. What I love most is that her care goes beyond just being professional…she genuinely cares about her clients as people. She is knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and truly takes pride in her work. There is no question about that! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place in particular Maribel. She did a through job at explaining the microneedling process as well as addressing my concerns. I was really pleased with how she handled my elevens fine lines. She took the extra time to focus on them and they are less noticeable after only one treatment! I am excited for the second session! I enjoyed the experience and felt actually taken care for that I also started laser hair removal. I am hoping to get facials done by her as well as I feel she took genuine interest in my concerns.

This review is for Maliyah and Shannon. I received Botox from Shannon, and Microneedling with exosomes by Maliyah. Maliyah: The entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel completely at ease. She explained the process in a way that made me feel informed and comfortable. You can tell how much she values education. She was also incredibly gentle & checked in on me throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend her. Shannon: She was incredibly welcoming and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly/what to expect/how the results would develop. I never felt rushed or unsure at any point. She’s also clearly very knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail, which is exactly what I want with injectables. I’m really looking forward to seeing my results. Will def be back!

I visited Skin Spirit for the first time and had an amazing experience! While I was new to this particular business, I was not new to my provider, Maliyah! Maliyah has been taking care of my skin for the last year and I would follow her anywhere, but I’m thrilled she ended up at Skin Spirit! I had dermaplaning, a hydra facial, and laser hair removal, and every service was top-notch. Maliyah is an experienced provider — she is extremely knowledgeable and will give you every detail about your service from the science behind it to the aftercare instructions. But the thing I love the most is that she is truly invested in your skin. I have myriad issues, and she’s always put me at ease no matter what I come in looking like. Over the last year, she’s worked hard finding the best treatments to improve and benefit my skin, which is no small feat with adult acne, excess hair growth, melasma, and reactive skin. Now, at 42, I’m often told I’m aging backwards! I work in front of a camera every day and before I met Maliyah I had a lot insecurities about my skin, but now my confidence has grown exponentially. And I have to shout out Skin Spirit! It’s a cozy and warm environment, and everyone was so professional and welcoming — which is not the case at every skin place I’ve tried in Charlotte. I am so looking forward to my next service with Maliyah at Skin Spirit!
