I always have an amazing experience at SmizePro Med spa! I’ve visited for facials with Evelyn and massages with Angela, and the service is consistently outstanding. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about making every visit relaxing and enjoyable. The treatments are always high quality, and I leave feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and satisfied every time. I have been going to Smize Pro Med Spa in Wellington for several months now, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. The entire team has genuinely started to feel like family. The space itself is beautiful, clean, elegant, and incredibly relaxing, but what truly sets Smize apart is the people. First and foremost, I absolutely love walking in and being greeted by Jen. She is fantastic! She is always welcoming, willing to help, and genuinely cares about every client who walks through the door. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and she has an incredible way of making you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you arrive. Words really cannot describe it. I guess you’ll just have to experience Jen for yourself! I have been receiving treatments with Natalia, and she is an absolute gem. From the very beginning, she has taken the time to listen to my goals, understand what I am looking to achieve, and thoughtfully recommend treatments that support my overall end goal. She is patient, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly warm. Most importantly, I trust her completely, and I am so glad I did because I am seeing the results I wanted! And lastly, Robert. What an incredible person. He assists Natalia on her days off, but where Robert truly shines, aside from his amazing personality, is his massage technique. I have been getting monthly massages for about eight years, and thankfully, on one particularly stormy day, I decided to add a massage after my med-spa treatment. Robert happened to be available, and I am SO glad he was. It was unlike any massage I have ever experienced. Honestly, I want my money back from every massage I’ve had over the last eight years because apparently I have been cheated this entire time! Robert somehow creates the perfect combination of comfort, stretching, relaxation, and technique. You can genuinely feel the passion and care he puts into his work. I actually forced myself not to fall asleep because I didn’t want to miss a single minute of it! Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Smize Pro Med Spa. The facility is beautiful and the treatments have been fantastic, but the team is what truly makes this place exceptional. Roberto is the actual best masseuse ever. I’ve had a number of massages done but none compare to him. His technique is impeccable and it’s the most relaxed i’ve ever felt. Other than his skills, Smize as a whole is super aesthetic and they make you feel like luxury and welcomed. You don’t only get the massage, after the massage you get moved to the foot jets for an amazing foot massage and then you end with the jacuzzi. This is an ultra luxurious experience that everyone needs to have. I am definitely coming back!
I had a great experience at this med spa from start to finish. The office was clean, welcoming, and professional, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. The provider took the time to answer all of my questions, explain what to expect, and made sure I felt informed before moving forward. I never felt rushed, and everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. After my appointment, they also checked in on me and provided clear aftercare instructions, which I really appreciated. It’s obvious they genuinely care about their patients and the overall experience, not just the appointment itself.
