I want to share my personal experience with Star Med Spa,because I believe other consumers should be very careful before making a purchase.While walking on Atlantic Avenue, I was approached by employees from the spa who strongly encouraged me to come inside. Once there, I was given demonstrations and a very persuasive presentation about their products and devices, including a red-light therapy machine that they described as the latest technology and capable of producing remarkable results.The sales approach was extremely convincing, and I ultimately spent a significant amount of money on products and the red-light device. I was told that the machine was worth approximately $10,000 and represented their newest technology.I decided to give it a fair chance. I waited and used the machine for some time, hoping to see the amazing results that had been promised to me. Unfortunately, I did not see the results I was expecting. I later did my own research and found information that made me question the claims I had been given regarding how new and advanced the technology actually was. I was particularly disappointed because I had trusted what I was told at the time of purchase.Another major concern was the return policy. If a product does not work for you or you experience a reaction to any of the ingredients, I was told that you cannot receive a refund and must exchange the product for something else. This was a very significant financial expense for me, and I honestly feel that the money I spent was wasted. What bothers me most is that I feel I was persuaded to make a large purchase through promises and sales techniques that did not match my actual experience.My advice: please do your research before purchasing anything here. Do not make an expensive decision under pressure. Ask for the exact model and manufacturing date of any device, verify the technology independently, carefully review the ingredients, and most importantly, ask for the refund policy in writing before paying.This is my personal experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend Star Med Spa based on what I experienced.

I had an amazing experience at Star Med Spa. From the moment I walked in, the place felt clean, welcoming, and very professional. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The treatments were top quality, and I could genuinely see and feel the results. They don’t rush you, they don’t oversell — they actually care about what’s best for your skin and your goals. You can tell they’re knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. If you’re looking for a med spa that combines luxury, honesty, and real results, Star Med Spa is the place. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back.

Sarah Grace at Starmed Spa is fantastic. She gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and really takes the time to make sure your skin gets exactly what it needs. My skin looked brighter, smoother, and felt amazing afterward. Highly recommend booking with her!

My partner had a very bad experience with a vender & the company wasn't very helpful. They lure you in at an event telling how wonderful it is. Before you realize you are being charged $10,000.00 for a hand held skin care device. Buyer beware. Virtually no paper work. The web site say 30 money back guarantee? Don't believe it. They may do very well at spa treatments at the store. Not going to question that. Don't get caught signing on the dotted line for something you have Not had time to research.
