Outstanding IPL experience! Exceptional service from start and finish. Their consultation was thorough and explained every step, and my skin felt cared for and protected throughout-minimal discomfort, clear aftercare, and noticeable results. My Beauty spa is professional, gentle, and results driven. Treatment was efficient and comfortable-cooling mask, protective eyewear, and frequent comfort check. Besides that, post care was clearly explained(SPF, gentle cleaning, and so on.
I had my first IPL treatment with Minghui on Tuesday. The whole process was very comfortable, and Minghui was very professional and thorough in explaining how the IPL machine works and how it can help reduce my sun-induced dark spots. I’m looking forward to seeing the results over the next two to four weeks!
I had a facial treatment and IPL at this spa, and it was a very disappointing experience. My treatment was done by MingHui. The marketing felt misleading because the advertised results were significantly different from my actual experience. After the IPL, my skin developed darker pigmentation instead of improvement, which was very upsetting. The service felt rushed, the communication was unclear, and my concerns were not properly addressed. I was also very uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the spa, as I noticed animal hair, dust buildup, and trash that did not appear to be properly cleaned. For a skincare and beauty spa, hygiene, professionalism, honest marketing, clear risk explanation, and proper aftercare should be basic standards. What disappointed me most was not only the poor result, but also the lack of clear communication, cleanliness, realistic explanation of the treatment, and professional follow-up. Based on my personal experience, I would not return and would not recommend this spa to anyone who cares about skincare safety, hygiene, and professional service.
MingHui is super patient and nice to listen to my needs and provide the correct and professional suggestions towards my problem. The environment is quiet and very clean. The entire facial process is just enjoyable. Was too comfortable and I almost fell asleep!
