Everyone from my first phone call with Justine, to my first office appointment with Dr. Moulden I had a very warm & caring experience! Dr. Moulden was very gentle, honest & explained everything in detail and gave me options for treatment(s). She did not rush me, asked me questions and listened!!! I have seen at least 10 different specialists for my condition and this office ROCKS🤩 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED🤗
Before this I got a call from Dr. Molden and decided to delete my one star review but recently. I had a very bad experience. I recommend that anyone considering using this office carefully read all of the fine print, especially when it comes to billing and payment plans. The payment plan may sound straightforward at first, but there are additional terms that are easy to overlook. You are required to pay half of the balance upfront, with the remaining balance due within three months. If the balance is not paid within that time, a $10 interest/finance fee is added, and additional fees can continue to be added if the balance remains unpaid. So if ur procedure is expensive make sure you have the money up front. You also have to pay with the “payment plan” half up front and the rest three months later which isn’t much of a payment plan. I feel these billing terms should be explained much more clearly upfront instead of expecting customers to discover them by reading the fine print. Make sure you ask questions and fully understand the payment policy, including any additional fees, before agreeing.
I had a urodynamic test done with Sherri this week and she was outstanding in her treatment. It was at times an uncomfortable test and she was super sensitive, attentive and compassionate. I am a Registered Nurse and really appreciate her excellent patient care and through explainations. The front desk staff are professional, friendly and efficient also. Thank you.
After being told that my bladder ultrasound was "normal" at another medical practice, I immediately called Female Pelvic Health Center to be evaluated because my bladder was very unhappy and I had to urinate way too frequently! Dr. Molden and her excellent team diagnosed and treated me for interstitial cystitis. The treatment has required patience and a tad of lifestyle modification but it has been worth it as the IC symptoms have faded. Thank you FPHC!
