I am very disappointed in this place . They lie on my face by telling me on my first consultation that i would have amazing results.They gave me severals testimonial about how beautiful the results will look and how effective it is . So I pay them the whole treatment in advance (big mistake ) I pay about $500 / $800 dollars( I don’t remember exact because money was not the issue)wish was supposed to be 8 sessions. I was mandated to shave before I came to all the treatments on the area of my chin and underneath it and I did . I complained several times letting them know that no results were showing and I was worried because I’m about to be finish and it’s impossible and concerning that the same amount of hair still be growing. I have no hormonal problems just in cases they wanted to blames it to God creation .They will reply to this review with the same gaslighting they gave me the whole time I ask for help . No notes were taken I was cut short by sending me to “keep the consideration because they are waiting for you and there are others appointments after you “ I have nothing bad to say about the labor of all the girls that did their job. It is not their fault( IAm hoping because I have no knowledge of the procedure).I blame the management for not listening and by not taking me seriously just because I was cordial and for not trying to change the plans or show concern of maybe there was another reason or another treatment I probably should’ve be considered for . And just in case I did came in without shaving on my last visit wish was round 6 and they instead of understanding my concerns they were more concerned that I did not shave before I came in and now is not allowed for me to shave in the practice office by policy and safety procedures . “Gaslighting “ they turn around my frustration and concerns by making me feel guilty an at fault for not following rules. Do you all know how that tactics made a person feels ?, specifically when you are a person that knows ,feels and understands people’s behavior's strategies.This is NOT acceptable !not only on my behalf but to others that will may experience the same frustration . Shame on your management and lack of skills of supervision , awareness, lack of communication, withholding complaints, lack of empathy ,customer satisfaction , hurting my self esteem more than it has been already with my situation and disrespect. I gave you my all to at least the procedure could have been more productive not even perfect but sufficient for myself satisfaction.You failed as a professional service establishment and as a emphatic human kind.
