I scheduled my lip filler appointment after seeing a Groupon for $223. Before booking, I confirmed that price was for the lip filler service I wanted. When I arrived, the spa was very clean and the provider was kind and informative, which I really appreciated. A few days later, I noticed one side of my lip was uneven and reached out to have it corrected. I only needed a small touch-up to make both sides even, but I was surprised to be charged an additional $60 for that. It threw me off since it felt like a follow-up to fix the original unevenness. Overall, the staff was friendly and the environment was nice, but I won’t be returning due to the uneven result and unexpected extra charge. Reply- Hi, thank you for replying. I understand that sometimes adjustments can require more product, but that wasn’t clearly communicated to me beforehand. I paid the confirmed Groupon price, and a full syringe wasn’t even used during the first visit. I came back only to correct unevenness from the original filler, not to add more volume. As for your mention of “loyal customers,” that has nothing to do with my experience. You gain loyal customers by keeping them satisfied not by arguing or making smart remarks, as you’ve done in previous responses to others. That comes across as unprofessional. I paid the additional $60 without argument, but the results were still uneven, which is why I left my review.

Amy at Veracity Med Spa is truly exceptional! My lip fillers look beautifully natural and exactly what I was hoping for—subtle, yet enhancing. She took the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
