Voila is the absolute medspa I've ever been to. Angel is not only extremely knowledgeable in facial anatomy, she is super kind and takes the time to understand your goals for your treatment. She's super gentle and makes you feel so comfortable. My botox comes out perfectly snatched and she was able to rehabilitate my previously overfilled lips and refilled them looking so natural and symmetrical. Additionally, the medspa is very beautiful, warm and welcoming. I'll never go anywhere else!

I had a great experience at Viola aesthetics. The place is very clean and comforting as soon as you walk in. The lady that I had my session with she was so sweet and she have a light hand I didn't feel any pain . I will defiantly come back again

My experience was horrible , talking to angel at first was a ray of sunshine and fresh air , she seemed so knowledgeable and understanding. I recently had cosmetic surgery and was referred to her for post op care which included massages etc to heal. I seen her for the first time 2 days ago, again seemed knowledgeable, I told her how I wanted my drain out and why and she insisted I should not and then I agreed , she proceeded with my massage and stated “there isn’t any fluid coming out into the drain when I massage so I should take it out “ , she proceeds to take it out. I asked her if there were any stitches left she said no but if there was my body would reject it. Wholenpayjjg and leaving I asked her “what should I look out for on regards to problems after pulling the drain “ she said be careful of hotness , redness , fast heartbeat etc. I felt weird about the whole situation and unsure , I proceeded to talk to the woman who referred me and she asked why it was out early alongside with other women in Miami as well as metro Detroit. I communicated with angel throughout the weekend with my concerned and received unprofessional, unsure answers . I have the receipts , that it was up to my discretion if I need medical attention however I AM NOT A NURSE. I sent pics , videos and my swelling was apparently due to flying , normalcy and questioning if I wore my faja often. Once sharing my pics with someone reputable in Miami , she told me right away it was Seroma and to go to urgent care or ER right away and I did and I recover a CT scan and it was positive for huge seromas. When continuing to question angel and communicate with her and the pressure was there she then told me it’s best I find care elsewhere , that for her safety and my peace of mind it’s best I go and tossed me off to someone else. Nowhere on her website are services of post op care and or any certificates for post op care. I needed someone to help me as soon as I got home and tested my referral. I’m disappointed and horrified by this as I work very hard for my health. I work with a natural doctor out of meet Bloomfield and have spent thousands , I don’t eat other dairy or processed foods .uncorked hard in Miami and hired hordes down there just to make sure I stayed on top of everything to come home to this and have this going on. So now I have a hospital bill , have to research for someone else last minute and find someone ordering this ASAP which we all know is hard to find in Michigan. Mortified is an understatement as well as saddened that when angel was confronted she deflected and told me I begged her to take it out so it’s pretty much my fault . Either way I’m so mad at this service I could cry. Someone who claimed to care ,you would think she would go above and by one to fix the situation but no she’s more worried about how she will look to others like she said in the text , she can no longer see me and jeopardize her license. I have the receipts . I hope I recover from this , Sarah shamo
