The first time I went here I had a great experience. My overlay gel polish lasted almost a month! The second time, I thought was great as well until a week later. My gel polish on my acrylic overlay just started peeling right off! I went in and showed them and she told me to wait till Tuesday because if she fixes it (the person that didn’t do my overlay set but did the set on my toes which is perfectly fine) said I would have to pay after I’ve already spent $150.00. I def won’t be going back, mind you…it was completely EMPTY inside. I would have been fine with coming back later today or even tomorrow but Tuesday was pushing it. I def will be looking for another place to go to, specifically black owned ☺️

I loved my nails so much! My French gel manicure came out gorgeous, and Lisa was amazing—she even helped me pick the perfect spa pedicure, which I desperately needed. The pedicure felt incredible too! It’s been 13 days (basically two weeks) and my gel manicure STILL looks flawless. The quality is seriously top-tier! If you’re looking to get a french set , GO HERE!!

TLDR: Be aware that pricing on the website is apparently incorrect, appointment availability is not accurate, and they will take advantage of you in person if they can and leave you stuck with the bill. ****************************************************************** I booked an appointment online for my wife as a gift for mother's day. I booked the Relax and Renew package ($99) under the head spa services menu. There was an option to include add-ons, and they offered a $45 haircut add on to the package. The reason I booked was for a relaxing spa day, but since I was already doing head/hair treatment, I thought it would be a nice bonus to add a haircut on as well. I booked online for 12:30 on 5/10. I received a text message that my appointment was confirmed. A few hours later, I received a phone call and voicemail saying there was nothing available for 5/10 and that I needed to reschedule. I returned the call and asked if they had anything available for 5/9. The man I talked to said he wasn't sure and that he would give me a call back later in the day to confirm if they had availability. A couple hours later I received a call back from a woman who asked me what services I wanted. While on the call, I went directly to the website and told her exactly what I had booked online - that's what I wanted. She said she could do Saturday at 4 pm, which I agreed to. I then received another text message confirming my new appointment with the correct services listed (Relax and Renew + Haircut). My wife went to her appointment and left with a bill of $300 for a haircut and hair treatment. When she arrived they asked her what she wanted instead of providing the services I had actually booked. She ended up wanting the hair treatment and was explained that it would cost $150 extra for that to be added. She told them she would pay for the extra but didn't want me paying for more than what I expected. They told her that I was expecting to pay $150 so that was fine and wouldn't go over. Yes, I had booked around $150 worth of services, but that included a spa package AND a haircut. She never ended up getting the spa package, just a haircut and treatment. They charged $150 for a haircut that I expected to pay $45 for. They misled my wife and took advantage of the fact that I had booked a surprise spa day for her. Not only did I not get the services I booked, when speaking to them in person after the fact, they had the audacity to tell me that the prices on their website were outdated and incorrect. Yet they knew exactly how much I had been expecting to pay, since they relayed to my wife that I had booked around $150 worth of services, so she didn't need to be concerned that she would go over what I had agreed to. The hairstylist they used was contracted out, had her own pricing, and was clearly not aware of anything I had booked directly through the spa. The spa decided to offer a service on their website at a price that they were not actually able to fulfill, and then put it on the customer to cover their lack of communication and planning. I know I am not the only person who has ever booked a surprise for their spouse at a spa for a special occasion. To have that be used to take advantage of us as customers is very disappointing and an extremely deceptive business practice.

I stumbled across this place coming up route one. The service was great and my nail tech Ty was great. I showed her the pic for design (she only looked at it once) and nailed it! It actually came out better than the pic. I typically don’t schedule follow up appointments but I did after my experience with Ty. The manager was great too. I came in on a 30% discount that they were offering for the day and she gifted me a lavender lotion for my hands. So glad this place is here. Looking forward to my next appointment!
