Making the appointment was easy and the location is convenient on the Main Line. The entire staff was very nice and Lynn did a great job with my mole/ skin tags (DPN) removal procedure. She talked to me first to make sure you she met my expectations for the appointment and got right to work. I enjoyed her and would recommend working with Lynn and the Bryn Mawr Dermatology group.
Lynn PA-C is absolutely fabulous and the reason I stay with this practice. I must say the communication within the office is awful. No one gets back to you when you leave a message for medical questions and refills. I left 2 weeks worth of messages for a refill and no one got back to me. Called the front desk and they took a message and still no one got back to me and then screwed up the medication authorization and refill. And after 3 attempts by one of my other providers to have records transferred to my dr it still didn't happen..something is clearly wrong when it comes to staff following up on patient requests. I give Lynn kudos for excellent 5 star care. She is outstanding. Other than that, not pleased. Hopefully things change for the better.
Lynn is truly the best. I was extremely nervous before getting Botox for the first time, and she went above and beyond to make me feel safe, calm, and fully comfortable. It’s been three years, and she still brings that same level of care to every appointment. I actually look forward to going now because she puts me so at ease. I completely trust her judgment—she’s always conservative and never overdoes it, which is exactly what I want. I wouldn’t go to anyone else, especially for Botox.
Rachel recently performed my Morpheus 8 treatment. She was excellent. Accommodating. Smart, easy to talk to and methodical in her work. The office was also helpful because there was a problem with my appointment but they were able to accommodate me by putting me with Rachel at the last minute. Marijana who performed my previous treatment was also great as usual, not having an issue with me seeing Rachel because she wanted me to have my treatment in a timely manner. So far I am very happy with Bryn Mawr Dermatology. Thank you! 😊
