The lady who worked on me was complaining on previous customer, worker for her mistakes as soon as she greeted and took me. This is my first Laser facia. I went for treating deep pigmentation / melasma patch. She didn't even bother to consult and tell me what is best treatment rather started doing Laser facial. She later told me Pico is right treatment. Not sure she used right laser intensity which suits my skin tone, she basically want to cash my appointment moneywithout saying no. She was rushing up for next customer. Sold non FDA approved Hydroquinone. ( initially told $50 when doing facial but charged $55) I mentioned all feedback's in feedback card, they didn't even see this and called me to schedule follow up session.
I had the glass skin laser facial at Cleo Skin & Laser today and I’m so impressed with the results! My skin looks smooth, radiant, and so refreshed. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, explained the process clearly, and took their time to make sure everything was done with care. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and relaxing—such a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Cleo Skin & Laser to friends and family! I’m so glad this location is open!!
I just had the Glass Skin Facial with Holly, and my skin has never looked or felt better. She explained every step with so much care and made me feel completely relaxed the entire time. My skin was instantly smoother, tighter, and had that dewy glow everyone talks about. You can tell she's truly passionate about skin and knows exactly what she's doing every product, every technique had a purpose. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already booked my next appointment! If you've been thinking about doing the Glass Skin Facial, do it and ask for Holly. She's amazing!
I had the most incredible experience with Holly for my contour laser facial! From start to finish, she was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The results exceeded my expectations. My skin feels tighter, smoother, and noticeably more radiant. I also really appreciated Holly’s gentle touch and her attention to detail; you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. If you’re considering a contour laser facial (or any treatment, honestly), I can’t recommend Holly enough. She’s not only highly skilled but also makes the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
