I had such a wonderful experience at this family-owned salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. My eyebrow appointment was fantastic—they took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and shaped my brows perfectly with great attention to detail. You can tell they truly care about their clients and take pride in their work. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful brows and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
I had such a wonderful experience at Essentials Day & Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, the Assistant Manager, Karyzza, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She took the time to thoroughly explain all of the services they offer and made me feel completely comfortable and informed. I was also given a lovely tour of the spa by Zaskia and Karyz which really showed how much care and pride they put into their space. I came in to get my eyebrows done by Zaskia, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They offer both waxing and threading, and my eyebrows came out absolutely amazing. I will definitely be making her my go to person moving forward. This spa truly has it all — from massages, facials, IV Therapy to a sauna room, steam room, and even a heated pool to relax in. The atmosphere is calming, clean, and luxurious. I definitely plan on visiting again and trying more of their services. Highly recommend!
I recently went in and saw Zaskia, who gave me a deep cleansing facial and threaded my eyebrows. This is easily the best experience I’ve had at a med spa. Not only did Zaskia keep me informed about my skin type, and recommendations on how to manage my skin, but she was also so gentle and painless! My eyebrows have also never looked so good. Can’t recommend her enough! I will be back
Definitely a 7.5/10 overall. I was about 10 minutes late because my car took longer than expected (completely on me), but I did call ahead beforehand. Even then, they didn’t actually start my service until about another 10–15 minutes after check-in. The facial itself was really nice and my skin looked so good after. I do wish extractions would’ve been included though, especially since I paid for the “Queen for a Day” package. The only thing that felt rushed was the massage, even though it did feel nice during it. For the price, I honestly expected a little more, so it felt a bit overpriced for what I received. I feel like if access to the amenities like the whirlpool and sauna had been included without paying extra, the price maybe would’ve felt more worth it (especially when you’re already there and paid for a service) I definitely would’ve enjoyed using them afterward. Still, the facial was relaxing and my skin looked amazing afterward.
