I had an outstanding experience with this spa and highly recommend it to anyone considering laser hair removal. Laurel, the nurse who performed my laser hair removal treatments, is truly exceptional. She is highly skilled, professional, and incredibly thorough. She paid close attention to every area, making sure every spot was treated carefully and accurately. After having multiple sessions, I can confidently say she is the best. Her expertise, precision, and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I also want to recognize the entire team. Everyone at the clinic is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent care. The receptionist, Carolina, is wonderful as well—she is always welcoming, keeps track of appointments, knows the clients by name, and follows up in a polite and professional manner. She helps make every visit smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for high-quality laser treatments. If you're booking an appointment, I highly recommend requesting Laurel. You will be in excellent hands!
Omg I had my first visit in KOP yesterday and let me just say 10 outta 10!!!! Samantha and the young man upfront had the Best vibes!!!! And Morgan my injector was soooooo amazing!!!! I absolutely can not wait to go back!!
I’ve had a great experience. I just got my 5th session done and see a huge difference. They make me feel very comfortable and are very accommodating. I’ve also really appreciate the advice that is given to me by the workers when it comes to taking care of your skin and health in general. I have/would continue to definitely recommend other people.
Disappointing experience. Booked appointment early in the year for treatments in May. Spa cancelled and I had to rebook for June. After driving over an hour for the appointment was told I would not be serviced for my lip laser hair removal as my face has been outside for more than 15 mins. Although I confirmed I apply facial moisturizer SPF 50 daily, Laurel (sp), still denied service and told me to come back another time. This would’ve been my 5th lip treatment. Never been denied before. Reception was friendly and attentive. Provider was churlish. If you book, book with a better professional.
